If you don't know how to cook or don't have the time or energy, try these solutions:
- Get your friends together and invite them to spend a day together in the kitchen batch cooking specific recipes so you have good nutrition on hand when you're ready to eat something.
- Pass out one recipe to each friend and ask them to coordinate a schedule amongst themselves, so you always have (healthy, whole food) nourishment on hand.
