Chef Nancy Banner founded The Holistic Kitchen, LLC in 2008. She is a native of Ithaca, NY, a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Chef Nancy is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation and the American Personal and Private Chefs Association. She is also a certified Serv Safe Food Manager and subscribes to the Personal Chef International Code of Ethics.
