About Us
At The Holistic Kitchen, Chef Nancy blends schooling and a lifelong fascination with nutrition to help you use food to build immunity and heal the mind, body and spirit.
Drawing upon a vast body of research and information, as well as her personal experience cooking for the critically ill, Chef Nancy is passionate about helping cancer patients, their caregivers and individuals who require complex dietary adjustments. Utilizing whole food and maximizing nutritional content of her menus, The Holistic Kitchen chefs create food to enhance the odds of survivor-ship and maximum quality of life.
The Holistic Kitchen, LLC was founded by Chef Nancy Banner. She is a native of Ithaca, NY, a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Chef Nancy is a proud member of the American Personal and Private Chefs Association and the National Association of Women Business Owners. She is also a certified Serv Safe Food Manager and subscribes to the Personal Chef International Code of Ethics.
